The University of Leeds is delighted to invite you to the first Congregation of Words, a creative writing showcase by student writers.

This will be an incredibly diverse show comprising 12 performances by undergraduate students from the Lifelong Learning Centre and the School of English’s BA English Literature with Creative Writing, hosted by Becky Cherriman and Caitlin Stobie. With contributions of poetry, fiction and more, the show promises to be an immersive experience and celebration of local talent.

A note about accessibility – Unfortunately, our Grade II* listed building is not currently fully accessible. We have a stair lift from the ground floor foyer to the first floor but are unable to install a through-floor lift due to the building’s historic status. Please email us on enquiries@theleedslibrary.org.uk if you have any questions around access, and we will do everything that we can to accommodate you.
