Adopting a book

As you may know, the library has an Adopt a Book initiative that helps to preserve and improve our wonderful collection.

If you are interested in helping to conserve a book for future generations, prices range from £60, and every adoption is acknowledged with a book plate in the newly conserved title. This plate can include your name, or be dedicated to someone special or be adopted in someone’s memory.

A catalogue of the books waiting for adoption is available to view at the counter.
