The Leeds Library 250th Celebration Dinner
We are pleased to announce that The Leeds Library will be hosting a formal dinner at The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds, LS1 1PJ on Friday 21st September 2018 to celebrate our 250th anniversary and which coincides with our International conference.
Members, non-members, friends old and new are welcome to what should be a truly memorable evening and celebration of The Library.
The celebrations will start at 7pm, with a red carpet welcome to the Ark Royal Suite and celebratory drink, followed by entry into the Queens Ballroom where a 3 course meal will be served with tea/coffee and chocolates, 1/2 bottle wine per guest is included. The after dinner speaker will be the renowned Yorkshire poet, journalist, playwright, and broadcaster Ian McMillan. There’s a DJ and disco to follow for those who might like to dance their dinner off!
The bar in the Ark Royal Suite will be open all evening with Carriages from midnight, bar open until 1am.
Ticket costs are £50 per head and will be on sale until Mon 10 Sept. Full tables of 10 people can be purchased at a discounted price of £450.
