Attendance
If you would like to attend the AGM, we still have spaces available although these are limited due to social distancing restrictions. Please confirm your attendance by calling the Library on 0113 2453071.
Question Form
If you are unable to attend the AGM but have a question or comment for the Trustees you can either complete this question form and hand into the library before the AGM on 19th September, or you can email directly to wests@theleedslibrary.org.uk and this will be passed to the chair of the AGM.
Proxy Voting
You can also arrange a proxy vote so that you can vote on the matters to be considered at the meeting by completing and returning the proxy voting form – to approve minutes and accounts.

Trustee Election details
Shortly, a separate email will be sent to each Member direct from Opavote (don’t forget to check your junk file) this will contain a link with a unique voting code, enabling you to cast your vote anonymously. If you have any problems, please contact the Library for assistance. The voting will close Friday 18th September at 23.59. Any votes received after this time will not count.
Any Members who have not provided us with an email address will receive these papers and a voting code through the post in the next few days.
