In order to tighten safety measures in response to the Government’s change in tone and emphasis about the worsening Covid-19 crisis, we are sorry to announce that we are temporarily suspending our click and collect service. We are extremely mindful of the health and safety of our staff team and Members and feel that this is the right action at this time.
We will continue with click and collect until 2 pm today and honour any outstanding requests but these must be collected by 2pm on Friday 15th January. Our postal and delivery services are still operating but are subject to review.
For the rest of this week and next the Library will be staffed from Monday-Friday, 10.00am – 2pm to deal with calls, emails and deliveries. We then anticipate reducing staffing of the Library from Monday 25th January to Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, 10.00am-2pm. We will continue to review these decisions in light of further Government advice and information and hope to bring back click and collect as soon as we are able.
