Join us for a lunchtime conversation with multi award winning author Monique Roffey as she chats to Dr Emily Zobel Marshall. The conversation will explore Monique’s distinguished career to date and talk about her latest novel The Mermaid of Black Conch (Peepal Tree Press) which has recently won the 2020 Costa Book  Award, a work about an ancient Taino woman cursed to be a mermaid who is caught in contemporary times.
